Viking Peloton Road Race Bike 14 Speed, 2012, aluminium tubing, Shimano SIS downtube indexed shifters, Weinmann deep section alloy rims with quick release front hub and Shimano derailleurs. The larger 700C wheels with narrow 23C tyres and higher gearing make it easier to achieve and maintain higher speeds than a mountain bike or hybrid. The Peloton comes equipped with a 14 Speed transmission using a 14-28 freewheel on the rear and a 42-52 Prowheel double chainset. An ideal first bike for mid-long distance training.
