Engraved Raleigh Handlebars, with recent cloth tape fitted.
Bike has had some touch up in the past but looks nice.
I would just buy 2 Europa stickers and the Raleigh Seat tube transfer.
Chrome wheels have some rust, and after fitting a NOS rear tyre, I realised the rear wheel is slightly buckled. Needs putting in a wheel building machine and repairing.
For that reason, this is priced to sell.
