Rare vintage Cannondale road bike in black and white crackle paint with original pink decals…Very very light. Quick, responsive and very well put together as these early Cannondales were… USA built. A nice bike to behold…
No bends, cracks or dents. All components freely adjustable. Looks very good for year. Usual chips and marks but really nice nevertheless.
Size Seat tube 52.5cm c-c. 55cm c-c top tube.
Shimano 600 groupset (Aris downtube shifters).
7 Speed friction.
New gear cables.
Campagnolo hubs and q/r.
Mavic MA 50 Cr. D 700c rims. Some loss of anodising /coating – see images.
Schwalbe tyres.
Cannondale Coda saddle.
Cinelli Giro D’ Italia bars and Cinelli Frog stem.
Recently fitted bar wrap.
Campagnolo (Chorus or Record) headset.
Campagnolo bottom Bracket.
Only negative is it doesn’t like small chainring to small sprocket – it works fine but with a little noise, otherwise good to go.
