Vintage Claude Butler ‘Sierra’ Reynolds 531 fixed gear road bike in a sort of tan yellow with sky blue bar tape. As you can see from the photos, it’s in well-worn (‘patinated’) cosmetic condition, with a few scratches to the paintwork etc, but nice decals reasonably intact, and nice lugs. Have found it to be a nice light, complaint and sturdy steel bicycle, converted to fixie for commuting use, but had been used for longer distance leisure cycles. Nice etched handlebars, Shimano crankset and Kyoto pedals (can include toe clips and straps, though I have just used them as flats). The fella I bought it from had had it in his garage since the 80s, so I recommissioned it a bit: the bottom bracket, and the seat and head tubes have all been lubricated, that kind of thing. Also linseed oiled the inside of the frame to stave off the rust. But too many bikes, must sell! I measure it to be 22″, or 57cm. I’m just 6 ft, and the thing fits me very well. Welcome to inspect before purchase. Water bottle not included, forgot to take it out. Collection from N16 or WC1, depending on the day, or some kind of delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
