I’m selling my beautiful vintage Raleigh Candice Womens Racer Bike.This bike has been a great and reliable companion to me, but I was gifted a new bike so I haven’t used this one in a while. As I’m moving home, I sadly decided to part with it.It’s a vintage 1980’s/early 90’s racing bike, which needs a bit of love but could quickly see you riding in style. The frame and brakes are in great condition, the luggage rack sees a bit of rust but could easily be cleaned up. The seat is the original, very comfortable and only showing some expected discolouration due to its age. The tyres are flat and probably need to be replaced at some point but the last time I used the bike they were good and still had a bit of life to them. The chain is rusty so would need a good clean or perhaps to be replaced. The handle bar tape has started to come up and could do with a replacement (see photos).Frame is made from 18-23 high tensile carbon cycle tubing. I don’t know the frame size but I am 5’6″ and it fits me perfectly.Collection only in London SE24 but would happily give it to a courrier if you organise and pay for it. Any questions let me know.
