Vintage Raleigh Mens road/race bike.
Guy I bought it from belived it to be from 1950’s, and light mount on the forks supports that but i just cant confirm.
I belive all original parts, even handle bars but they have been cut and re positioned.
Non original parts…
New tyres, Vintage Raleigh.
All new bearings, wheels, head set and crank.
New cables both inner and outer
New Bar tape.
Bike was originally coffee/ bronze in colour but the paint was in bad condition, so redprayed with some “Raw” detailing to show off the nice frame lugs.
Wheels are original and I have spent hours cleaning them but they not perfect.
Its now in great condition but it is around 60 ish years old, so if you want to ride 10 miles everyday this is not for you, more modern bikes are better suited, this is for pottering around looking cool.
