This bike is in need of a refurbishment, the tyres and tubes are shot, but everything else seems salvageable. I’ve done my best with the frame number (HH0163304) and come up with..
Made in Handsworth in June and the date I think is 1970, but I may be wrong, but if I’m correct it’s over 52 years old. If you’re aware of an error I’d appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
