Underwood Carbon Fibre Racing BikeThis is a unique bike branded “Underwood” as I was given the opportunity to buy an unmarked Wilier frame from my local bike shop and have them finish it and build the parts from my previous Kuota frame onto it. When I bought the Kuota all the components were nearly new.This is a well ridden but also well-maintained bike. Here is the spec:- 53cm frame (56cm if you include the large seat pin clamp)- 55.5cm top tube (centre-to-centre)- Mostly Campag Record (carbon/titanium) w/ recent cassette and chain- Campag Chorus front derailleur- Carbontex cranks- Look carbon pedals (and free size 8 Northwave shoes if you want them)- American Classic Sprint 350 wheels- Selle Italia saddle- Schwalbe Ultremo ZX tyres- 7-8kg total weightI stopped using this bike about four years ago due to slowing down a bit and swapping to an all-year-round bike. This was only ever used in summer and only in the dry unless I was caught out. It has always been serviced regularly.I have included lots of photos showing the condition. As you will see there are quite a few marks / scratches etc…but it certainly hasn’t been abused or neglected in any way. I spotted a nasty nick in the front tyre (pictured) as well. I have road tested it before listing it and it all seems great apart from some play in the rear hub. I am hopeful this will be a case of just tightening things up but please be aware of this issue when bidding.I have given it a wipe over but a full clean certainly wouldn’t hurt.
