Thank you for looking at my carbon fibre Wilier racing bike GTR Colombia, size Large, which I bought in 2015 from cycles UK in Norwich.
I originally paid £1500 new. It’s a great bike to ride; light and fast. I have used it for weekend riding, a couple of triathlons and a little commuting. Perfect bike for anyone interested in road bikes either for leisure or in club rides, sportifs or races. I am 6’1″ with leg 34″ and it’s a good fit for me. I would say it would fit someone a little shorter than me but if you are much shorter than that you probably want a smaller frame. The seat post in the photo is at its lowest height. It certainly would be okay for someone taller than me, as the saddle goes up a long way.
One of the reasons I chose this bike was the Campagolo shifters/ mech; they have a solid and precise feel I have always been a fan, having owned a few Campag bikes before. It also has a nice paint job (in the style of Colombia racing team which Wilier sponsored around the time of manufacture) and funky looking white- hubbed Fulcrum wheels.
Reason for selling: Back pains, sciatica, more into riding town bikes nowadays.

Bottlecage -I can include a Specialised yellow bottle cage if you like, free of charge.
Modifications/ additions:
I have changed the original bar stem for a 100 mm BBB model. I also changed the handlebars for Deda 460 mm width (wider than standard 440mm) because I prefer the feeling of stability with wide handlebars. Bar tape is new.
Condition:
Generally good condition as you can see from the photos. Gears shift nicely, brakes in good order, cables all moving freely. No major problems. It has not been involved in any crashes, and the carbon fibre is all in good condition. No repairs undertaken.
There are scruffs and chips in paintwork as you can see from the photos; mainly on chainstays where it got scratched in a cupboard by the studded pedals of my mountain bike. Also small tear in the right ergoshifter hood, visible on one of the photos. Scruffs/ abrasions on shifters as you can see in photos.
The front wheel has excellent true and is spinning very smoothly. The rear wheel has a bearly-noticable imperfection in true, and if you hold the wheel off the ground you can detect a little wear in the bearings, but it doesn’t notice when riding.
Rear tyre is only around 6 months old and is a tough Gatorskin (cost around £35), so this has lots of miles left in it. Front tyre is very tough Bontrager AW1 (also around £35) which is around 2 years old but has never punctured.
