Wilier Triestina Izoard Pro Race Road Bike 56cm Carbon with Campagnolo Components. 

Extremely light for its years at 7.65kg (without pedals)

I’m not going to say how little it’s been used or any of that nonsense. This has been my number 1 bike since 2015! When it was new this would have been an extremely high end bike. It’s been to lots of European locations covering lots of mile and big elevations. In that time it has been regularly serviced and had most of its parts/components changed. In its present form it is almost exclusively Campagnolo parts. Ive tried compatible parts but they didn’t work as a well so stuck with the genuine ones. All Campagnolo parts are readily available at local bike shops and online sites like Wiggle.

It is in great mechanical shape with the bottom bracket replaced a month ago and Compagnolo Zonda wheels which replaced and upgraded the previous Campag set. The Zondas are fantastic, they really make a difference to the ride. Everything is working perfectly with the gears nicely indexed.

I bought the bike second hand (but very new) in 2015 so I don’t really know the age of the frame but it is sound and will serve someone well for years.

There are significant scratches to surface paint and the laminated finish of the carbon but absolutely no structural damage or cracks. 

I am selling this bike as I recently got hold of a bargain bike thats nearly new. It will be a sad farewell but I know that the bike will serve the next owner well.

The bike weights in at 7.65kg without pedals! (Which is how it will be supplied ready for whichever pedals you prefer).

This is a standard 56cm bike (they don’t come up large or small). I am nearly 6′ and like a proper racing bike position so have my bars quite low. The bike would be fine for someone slightly smaller or taller than me. There is room to move the bars up (as I haven’t cut the steerer) or put a smaller stem on to reduce the reach. I find it very comfortable but its not a tourer and if that is your thing you’d struggle to get a “sitting up” type of set up. (If in doubt you could try it out … in Shepperton TW17 area)

You are welcome to take some spare parts with the purchase. These will include a spare cassette that has minimal wear (from my smart trainer) a 50 tooth crank ring (to make the set up a genuine compact) and lever rubbers.
